We are a team of professional yoga teachers and yoga enthusiasts. Our goal is to provide our knowledge and pass it on, so that everyone can benefit from simple exercises and principles, that can positively change your health and mind. We know from our own experience, that most of the time we spend in the office. This fact is not good for humans at all. We unconsciously and gradually destroy our health. We sit at the computer badly, we have a stiff spine, shortened tendons, and these facts lead to headaches, migraines, we are without energy and not able to switch off and spend at least a minute to ourselves.

She graduated from college with an economic focus and worked for several years in the corporate sector. Yoga is her hobby and she has practised it for the third year. The idea of creating this project was inspired by the very people who work in administrative positions. “After I told my colleagues how yoga helped me, especially from back pain, they asked me if I could show them exercise one day right in the office. Thus was born the idea of providing such a service for the wider public. ” Helena is certified yoga instructor.
